India Stories: Water collection method by the Gond Tribes in Chhattisgarh
I’m excited to announce my new series, #IndiaStories
In this series, I’ll share small insights and experiences I’ve gathered from people and places across the length and breadth of India. Each story aims to capture the richness and diversity of Indian culture. Stay tuned for some inspiring tales!
During our jungle trek in Guru Ghasidas National Park (Chhattisgarh, November 2023), we witnessed the traditional (drinking) water collection method used by the Gond Tribes who live close to the Gopad River. Here is a short video documenting the process.

Thanks to Achyuth for the amazing drone shot at the beginning, all the amazing people we met on the trek from whom we learnt so much and India Hikes for organising the trek.
