Hide and Seek with Wildlife: Part 20

As I mentioned in my first post of this series, I shall share photos of wildlife in this section to showcase their amazing camouflaging abilities. Spotting wildlife in such a situation is exciting. Here is a simple one for the weekend! The location is Kali Tiger Reserve in Karnataka.

Here is a frog completely merged with the rock! I am yet to confirm the species.

Frogs are nature’s pranksters—motionless brown, green or patchy blobs blending in with leaf litter rocks just alike! You swear the rock just moved, but no, it was a frog doing the Olympic hop of invisibility! I love being fooled by the frog camouflage!
