Fully bloomed Passion Flower on Campus
Passiflora, known also as the Passion Flower, blooming on our office campus.

Our office campus hosted yet another beautiful variety of a flower. We saw it in full bloom today!

No matter how many times you see this flower, it always leaves you in awe. Passion Flower, also called Passiflora has a complex flower arrangement with a base of coloured sepals, followed by a layer of violet-white curly filament-like petals, five prominent stamens and three stigmas.

In Maharashtra, the flower is popularly referred to as Krishna Kamal. There are many varieties of Passion Flower.
