Hide and Seek with Wildlife: Part 23

As I mentioned in my first post of this series, I shall share photos of wildlife in this section to showcase their amazing camouflaging abilities. Spotting wildlife in such a situation is exciting. Here is a simple one from Joida, Karnataka.

A frog specimen (species remains unidentified), known for its quick movement and remarkable camouflage, rests amidst the pebbles of the stream bank. This one is chocolate brown, blending so perfectly with the pebbles that it becomes nearly impossible to spot when still.
